1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your T-shirt must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
Items on “Final Sale” or clearance.
Customized or personalized T-shirts (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Items damaged due to improper washing or care.
3. Damages and Issues (Defects)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info.sastamitra@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer size exchanges if the fit isn’t right, subject to stock availability.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), SastaMitra will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind or size issues, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
